Guarantee & Returns Policy

Jeffries of Bacton and the Bacton Bears guarantee that all items for sale on our website are offered in perfect condition and complete with boxes and certificates where provided by the manufacturer.

If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase please notify us immediately by telephone or email and return it to us within 14 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You will be refunded on receipt of the item, provided that it is complete with all boxes, bags, certificates, etc, as supplied by us. Where items are damaged or missing, we reserve the right not to give a full refund.

Please note that refunds will be less the original carriage charges incurred by us.
