Steiff 1908 Replica teddy bear.
In 1908 six coloured Teddy bears were commissioned for presentation in London.
Four were never seen again: pink, yellow, green and black.
By virtue of a passionate knowledgeable Steiff collector, a never seen before black 1908 has been discovered. The Teddy bear’s name is Bruno.
This replica has been lovingly recreated using details of Bruno.
He is fully jointed, in finest black mohair.
Stuffed with wood shavings, with wooden eyes.
